My coolant overflow bottle did not have a relief valve, so one of the coolant lines burst, the bike is sitting in the garage until I decide I want to fix it. I did get around to vinyl wrapping my new helmet, I’ve only had it for a few months now so it makes sense I fuck it up.
If I’m being completely honest, this is the second iteration of vinyl on this helmet, but the last round did not look so good and I ripped it all off and measured and remeasured everything to get it straight-er(ish?) whatever, it’s more symmetrical now. Colors used are Hexis Satin Red Chrome and Avery Frozen Gold Chrome.
Ignore the wrinkles, they will even out a little bit with some heat, and I’m putting another go fast, don’t die sticker over the pentagon for shits and giggles I guess.
Did have to stick a little reminder inside though, I usually switch between this, a patch off of the expanse (fantastic show and book series, btw), and my original go fast don’t die patch I got before my wreck on a hat I have . Since I was putting velcro here for the microphone (Just to the left of the patch, but pretty much invisible) I figured it was good a place as any.
If anyone has a recommendation for another good sticker for the side of my helmet, I’m all ears. methinks one more ought to do it.
